Important Information for Attendees
We are getting very excited to see you at WAMfest Felixstowe!
It is very important during the current pandemic that we take care of each other. We love that the Government have removed restrictions so we can perform live for you. We want to assure you that your health and safety and that of our performers is paramount.
Therefore these things that you can do will help us enormously! Please help us to keep you safe.
If you are attending the public events at the Triangle please take care that you are not crowding and please mind the roads surrounding it as they will be open to traffic as normal. Our stewards will be wearing WAMfest t shirts and hi viz vests and will be there to assist.
If you are attending our events at the Orwell Hotel please book on the ticket links before arriving. This will help with tracking and tracing. The Launch event at 2 sisters is now fully booked.
Please have evidence of double vaccination and/or a clear Lateral Flow Test within 24 hours
If you have any symptoms at all of COVID 19 please do not attend. We will refund your ticket.
We will encourage mask wearing on entry and when in a crowded space. This is not a legal requirement but it will help us to take of yours and others.
Please scan in on with the NHS Covid app at the QR codes at the venue
Hand sanitisers will be provided and we hope you will use them frequently and/or wash your hands
Be aware as much as you can of social distancing. Our venues will not be over full, and we have done our best to ensure space is adequate, but we are also keen for as many people as can safely attend to enjoy our events.
If you decide not to book in advance please be aware that the events maybe full and you will be advised at the door
The WAMfest Felixstowe team are so looking forward to seeing you after we have been so long in the planning. Our volunteers will be wearing WAMfest tee shirts and hi viz vests (on the Triangle) If you have any queries we will be happy to help.
ENJOY OUR FIRST WAMfest - safely !!
